This video explains the 5Q (five-fold) model of leadership highlighted in Ephesians 4 as championed by Alan Hirsch. Hirsch notes that if Christ is an apostle, prophet, evangelist, shepherd, and teacher…and the Church is the body of Christ…then the Church is also called to be apostolic, prophetic, evangelistic, shepherding, and teaching. And if you are part of the body of Christ, these roles make up your DNA as well. Watch this video to discover which roles resonate with you the most.
